This is just a quick post to let you all know about our upcoming title From Bump to Grind: The Secret Scoop on Labor, Delivery, and Early Motherhood by Sarah Checcone. Look forward to a release date in the very near future. Have a lovely day.
Having a baby should be one of the most joyous experiences of a woman’s life, right? Many new mothers feel blurry with sleep deprivation, their partners are annoying, and they are seriously sick of living on cereal, wearing granny panties, and having non-stop visitors who only want to see the baby. If you feel this way, From Bump to Grind will help you recognize an important truth: new motherhood is tough. And admitting that does not mean you are a bad mother. Postpartum expert Sarah Workman Checcone give you the inside story on what new motherhood is really like. Her words will reassure you. What you’re feeling is normal. And you are not alone.
